All portraits are HAND DRAWN by me and will be personalized to your requests. The artworks are 21x21cm 300DPI ( so you can print up to double size)

HOW the portrait commission PROCESS GOES

1). contact me at amanda.ninji.arts@gmail.com with your reference photo.

-If you don't give me a clear description, I will be drawing exactly the way your photo is.
-Please remember that your portrait is drawn in my own style, and is my artistic interpretation of your photo.You can also tell me some details about the person's interests (favorite color, etc.) and physical informations (eye color, hair color, etc.)

-Feel free to include personal requests or suggestions at this stage, whether it's specific text, elements like leaves or hearts in the background, or if you need a half body portrait with complex background, pets, flowers, decorative elements, etc. Please provide a clear description of your requirements, and I will calculate a price for you accordingly.

*What A Clear Description Looks Like:

• A portrait, shoulders up of just me (reference photo 1).
• Can you please draw me wearing the shirt in (reference photo 2).
• If you can include this necklace (reference photo 3) it would be awesome, because it‘s really special to me.
• I really like the color palette and general aesthetic of these 2 illustrations from your instagram (reference photo 4 & 5). If that works.
• Simple background, whatever color works best with everything else. I like the squarish backgrounds you do!

2).I will email you back with your slot, the price & this purchase link on Gumroad. So that you can fill in the price, pay, and secure your slot.
(€65 per person)
(€45 for each additional person in the same commission)
(€5~10 for additional background.)

3)Once you complete your payment, your slot/date is secured. I will begin your commission only on that specific date. I will send a rough sketch for you to approve before finalizing the commission.

One round of small changes only, no major redraws. Any more changes after that will be charged separately and according to the complexity.

4) I will send the completed commission approximately one week later. For instance, if your slot is on Monday, February 12th, 2024, you can expect your finished commission by Monday, February 19th, 2024.You will receive a high-resolution JPEG/PNG/PDF file via email ready to be printed.

Here's how my process works:

• Currently, I'm offering 8 slots per month until further notice.
• Each week, I have one slot available on Monday and another on Thursday.
• To secure your slot, please make a confirmed payment here in my Gumroad store.
• Once your slot/date is secured, I will begin your commission only on that specific date. In most cases, I will send the completed commission approximately one week later. For instance, if your slot is on Monday, February 12th, 2024, you can expect your finished commission by Monday, February 19th, 2024.
• The timeline for completion may vary depending on your responsiveness to emails and approval of the initial sketch. The faster you respond, the faster your order will be completed! :)
• Please note that I do not offer refunds for completed commissions. However, I may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if you wish to cancel your commission during the process.
